MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Our friends are letting us know that their lives are hectic and/or their need for services is urgent and coming to one of our facilities during "normal business hours" doesn't work for them. In fact, it may be late at night, a weekend, or a holiday when they are here on the net looking for answers to their questions.
We are developing this site to address this need. Our goal is to give you 1) information about the levels of care we offer, 2) how to determine the level of care your loved one may need, and 3) information about Medicare and Medicaid as sources of payment.
While we have staff at our communities available to talk to you 24 hours a day, we recognize many of you will want to gather as much information as possible about us, the admissions process, and what documents are required for admission before initiating contact in person. Our goal is to enable you to go through the whole process on-line or, in the alternative, to make efficient use of your time so that time visiting one of our communities can be quality time.
