Welcome to Chautauqua Colony affordable senior living community! When you’re a resident here, your family and friends are always welcome at your discretion. Each apartment offers deadbolt locks, smoke detectors and fire-resistant construction. Our lighted parking area adds to your convenience.

Chautauqua Colony provides apartments for those aged 62 years and older. We also offer a selection of accessible apartments for those in need.

As a resident of Chautauqua Colony, you will pay only 30% of your adjusted monthly income for rent. All utilities (except phone and cable) are included in your rent.
