A United Church Homes Affordable Housing Community in Canal Winchester, Ohio

As a resident of David’s Way Affordable Senior Living Community, you will pay only 30 percent of your adjusted monthly income for rent. All utilities are included in your rent except telephone and cable television. Each apartment has a deadbolt lock, smoke detectors and fire-resistant construction. There is also a lighted parking area for your convenience.

David’s Way provides apartments for persons aged 62 years or older. Our community also offers accessible apartments, designed for those who are physically handicapped or mobility impaired.
