Brain Allen Named SNCC Representative

Governor Strickland is establishing a unified budget committee for long-term care services under the direction of Barbara Riley, Director, Ohio Department of Aging. The members of the Skilled Nursing Coalition (SNCC) requested their own seat; however, Riley responded that "in order to keep the workgroup a manageable size, and allow for all to be represented, we decided to limit each industry or interest area to a single rep. You have my commitment to actively seek and listen to input and feedback beyond the workgroup members and to allow for full participation in the subcommittees…" The SNCC members agree that Brian Allen, President/CEO of United Church Homes would represent us well and will provide a consistent report back for each association for their respective memebers. We thank Brian for his willingness to serve in this capacity.
