At The Villas affordable senior living community, your family and friends are welcome at your discretion. Each of our apartments has deadbolt locks, smoke detectors and fire-resistant construction. We also have a lighted parking area for your convenience.

The Villas community provides apartments for people aged 62 years and older, with accessible apartments also available.

As a resident of The Villas, you will pay only 30% of your adjusted monthly income for rent.
