At Brownstone Terrace affordable senior living community, your family and friends are welcome at your discretion. Each of our affordable housing senior apartments has deadbolt locks, smoke detectors and fire-resistant construction. Our lighted parking area also offers both convenience and security.

Brownstone Terrace apartments are offered to qualifying adults aged 62 years and older, as well as those who are physically handicapped or mobility impaired.

As a resident of Brownstone Terrace, you’ll pay only 30% of your adjusted monthly income for rent.
