Improve your balance, along with increasing strength and flexibility in this class that includes movements for legs, hips, arms, as well as core strengthening of neck, back, chest and torso. Chair yoga is a gentle way to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength while seated in a chair. Standing postures with the chair as a support will also be an option. The class is for everyone, no matter the age, physical ability or current strength. Participate and discover better balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Dawn has practiced yoga her entire adult life and has been teaching yoga for the past five years around the Cleveland area. She specializes in leading gentle vinyasa flow, hatha yoga and yoga for older adults. Dawn helps yoga practitioners/participants move through the yoga class with ease by integrating movement with breathwork, and engaging the body and mind together for strength, balance and flexibility.
