United Church Homes Ranks 19th in LeadingAge Ziegler 200 for 2023, United Church Homes Management Advances to 5th

 

Marion, OH (Nov. 1, 2023)— United Church Homes (UCH) is pleased to announce its ascent in the 2023 LeadingAge Ziegler 200 rankings. UCH has achieved the 19th position in the United States in market-rate and affordable housing units. When excluding affordable housing units, UCH ranks 47th in the nation. United Church Homes Management, an integral part of our extended family, has achieved a remarkable 5th place ranking.

The LeadingAge Ziegler 200, an annual report, is a prestigious recognition that highlights the outstanding work and commitment to exceptional care demonstrated by leading not-for-profit providers of aging services in the United States. These rankings reflect the dedication of UCH and UCH Management to delivering high-quality senior living and healthcare services.

Securing the 19th position in the U.S. market-rate and affordable housing units showcases UCH’s unwavering commitment to providing affordable, high-quality housing to seniors from diverse backgrounds and economic circumstances. Our 47th overall ranking further emphasizes UCH’s mission to transform aging by building a culture of community, wholeness, and peace.
