Columbus Colony Housing 1 is an affordable senior housing community, located in Westerville, Ohio. Our quiet, tree-lined campus feels tucked away from it all while offering easy access to local attractions, including the Hoover Dam.

All our apartments include hearing accessible features, pull cords, blinds, garbage disposals and air conditioning. We also have a small commissary, beauty shop, library and exercise room.

Here at Columbus Colony Housing 1, we strive to offer all our residents accessibility and a sense of community. We’re proud to serve the needs of the deaf, deaf-blind and hard of hearing and all our apartments are designed to meet the needs of the hearing-impaired. We also offer accessible apartments for those with physical and mobility limitations.
