A United Church Homes Affordable Housing Community in Moline, Illinois
This community is designed to provide housing to persons 18 years of age or older, accessible units available. This project was financed through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Section 202/811 Capital Advance program and receives rental assistance through the Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC). One hundred percent (100%) of the units have been architecturally altered for accessibility (to various degrees), someone in the family must qualify as “needing” the architecturally altered features to apply for or live in these units. This need may be verified with a professional medical provider. Preference is given to applicants with a verified traumatic brain injury (TBI), a stroke or other neurological disorder which resulted in a physical, cognitive or emotional impairment that is expected to be of long-continued and indefinite duration, substantially impedes the individuals ability to live independently
