Morning Star Residences is an affordable housing community for seniors, located in Moline, Illinois. Our community is co-sponsored by Disciples Uniting in the Quad Cities and United Church Homes, Inc. Morning Star Residences is managed by United Church Homes, Inc.

Eligible applicants for Morning Star Residences must meet specific rental criteria and be age 62 or older, as defined in the HUD 202 elderly program. We also have accessible units available.
