UCH Names New Vice President of Finance

Vice president of finance, Richard Dible

MARION, Ohio – United Church Homes recently appointed a new vice president of finance.

“I’m very excited to be on board. I was drawn to the mission and vision of United Church Homes.”

Richard Dible, a Columbus resident and seasoned financial executive, will manage all aspects of UCH’s accounting and finance, and collaborate with senior management to ensure continuous business improvement.

The Bucyrus native began his role with the nonprofit, faith-based organization on Nov. 29. “I’m very excited to be on board. I was drawn to the mission and vision of United Church Homes,” Dible said.

UCH’s corporate office is based at 170 E. Center St. in Marion. Our mission is to transform aging by building a culture of community, wholeness and peace. The vision for our residents is to experience the Spirit creating abundant life in community.

Dible joins UCH with a strong background in healthcare administration, most recently as the chief financial officer at Columbus-based Peregrine Health Services, a premier long-term care organization. He spent more than seven years with the organization, beginning as its controller, overseeing accounting functions for 16 long-term care communities in Ohio.

Rev. Kenneth Daniel, president and CEO of UCH, said Dible was the right person for the job. “We are fortunate to have Richard at United Church Homes. He is a great addition to our organization because of his broad range of experiences as a healthcare financial executive. Richie brings a combination of leadership and expertise that make him the right person for our organization,” Rev. Daniel said.

John Renner, senior vice president of finance and business strategy at UCH, agreed. “Richard’s leadership experience in managing operational and strategic development will be very important to UCH as it continues to grow its service lines,” Renner said.

Dible graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and healthcare administration and is a certified public accountant.
